They've been working to their deadlines - and with the tax return deadline of 31st January you can't get any closer! Everybody's worked together as a team, seeing a stressful target completed. We're just over halfway through February, and one of their busiest times has just completed - time to take a little breather, have a look round and pat themselves on the back. This is the time to take stock of the importance of a good team. Let's not be shortsighted of staff's efforts and their loyalty to the company. Here's an idea worth more than money - to say thank-you to your staff, invest in them.
