Computer keyboard being disinfected

Bowthorpe-based Keep IT Clean was launched in 1997 by Claire Burke, who now employs seven people cleaning office equipment in and around Norwich. Clients include EDP publisher Archant, Mills & Reeve and Norwich City Football Club.

Now the firm is looking to expand south towards Ipswich and west towards Peterborough in a move that could create more jobs. Customers are sometimes aghast to realise that a computer keyboard can commonly be inhabited by five times as many bugs as a typical loo seat. But then we always knew that where there's muck there's brass...
